The first night's total accommodation rate required as a deposit.Confirmation of the reservation will only be valid once 50% of deposit and a faxed copy of the payment into our bank account have been received.If you cannot fax a copy of payment,arrange with our office that the deposit slip can be presented upon arrival.If a confirmed reservation is cancelled 10 days prior to the date of arrival, Kalahari water reserves the right to retain the deposit.
